Basics of Biblical Greek Grammar
By William D. Mounce / Zondervan

This is an integrated approach that makes learning Greek a natural process and helps students see from the beginning how understanding Greek will help them understand the New Testament. Numerous changes have been made as a result of feedback from professors. For example, a chapter on clauses has been added at the end of the book. The CD-ROM is now easier to use and contains even more information. The workbook has been significantly rewritten.
The CD-ROM with helpful interactive aids such as poems, songs, diagrams, mnemonic devices, and other vocabulary-building tools is now even better. It is easier to navigate and now includes short audio summary lectures (7-9 minutes) for every chapter. Students will come to class more prepared when they listen to the summary lectures ahead of time.

Features:

  • Predicate nominatives are moved out of Chapter 6 to Chapter 8
  • Chapter 9 (Adjectives) is changed so it is in greater alignment with Greek Grammar Beyond the Basics
  • Third declension (from chapter 10) is now in Chapter 11
  • Chapter 20 in Verbal Roots has been simplified
  • Some of the footnoted material has been moved into the text
